These terms apply to every ride booked on irideegypt.com with iRide Egypt, iRideEgypt Stud, Kafr El Gabal, Giza, Egypt.
1. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once the 50% deposit is paid and you receive our confirmation email. The balance is paid before the ride starts. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the guide, the horse and a helmet. Optional extras (pick-up, photography, entrance fees) are listed on each ride.
2. Cancellations and changes
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your ride.
3. Safety
- Riders must follow the instructions of their guide at all times and wear the helmet provided.
- Please tell us your riding experience, age and any medical condition when booking so we can match you with a suitable horse.
- Minors ride only with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
- Our guides may shorten or stop a ride if they consider it unsafe for the rider or the horse.
4. Horse welfare
We may change the route, pace or horse to protect our horses, for example in extreme heat.
5. Liability
Horse riding carries a natural risk. By booking you accept this risk. iRide Egypt is responsible for providing trained horses, safety equipment and experienced guides; we are not liable for personal belongings or for injury caused by not following the guide’s instructions.
6. Photos
We may take photos during rides. We only publish photos in which you can be recognised with your consent.
