When you book a ride online you pay a 50% deposit to secure your horses and guide. The balance is paid before your ride starts.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
- 24 hours or more before your ride: cancel for free and get your deposit back in full, or move your ride to another date at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the deposit is not refundable.
- If we cancel because of weather, safety or the wellbeing of our horses, you choose between a full refund and a new date.
How to cancel or change a booking
Send us your booking number on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm every change in writing.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
